I ordered the SNN5696A battery pictured on the listing and they sent me a BR50 battery instead, which is a cheap, poor-quality substitute made in China. When I contacted them about it, they acknowledged that they sent the inferior product as a substitute but refused a refund or exchange. I would not recommend that anyone purchase anything from this seller, they are obviously counting on the fact that the item is too inexpensive to make a big deal about, which is really dishonest behaviour.

I typed in my battery number and this battery came up, and its not the same size battery, for my motorola v325i. not worth the hassle of sending it back to get 3.00 back. boo
